The Lightness of Industrial Architecture——TRUMPF (China) Co., Ltd Taicang Extension Project
在對整體感、純粹感、細(xì)節(jié)感的把握和追求之中，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)把廠區(qū)里原本不起眼的附屬建筑變成了一個(gè)富有藝術(shù)性的“展品”。無論白天還是夜晚，都令人印象深刻。
本項(xiàng)目位于蘇州市太倉通快（中國）有限公司廠區(qū)內(nèi)，共新建綜合樓、車間和門衛(wèi)及設(shè)備房三個(gè)建筑單體。其中，綜合樓為設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)。作為綜合樓的主要功能空間，餐廳的主立面被精心打造。鋁制外遮陽百葉的出色應(yīng)用與相應(yīng)周邊場所的營造，呈現(xiàn)出工業(yè)建筑所特有的技術(shù)潛能和空間潛力。而項(xiàng)目背后，則是建筑師帶領(lǐng)下的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)對工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)美學(xué)的獨(dú)特理解與設(shè)計(jì)追求。
This project is based in TRUMPF Co., Ltd (Taicang, China)，including complex, guard room and equipment room. The focus then was on the complex building.
The dining room (multifunctional) is the main space of the complex and its facade has been carefully designed. The outstanding application of Aluminum external shading louvers, combined with the construction of the surrounding environment, shows the unique technical and spacial potential of industrial buildings.And behind the project is a specific understanding and pursuit of industrial aesthetics of the design team under the leadership of architects.

輕盈 丨 Lightness
由鋁制梭形百葉組成的垂直感光電動外遮陽位于綜合樓南立面，百葉總高11.1m，為國內(nèi)已建電動外遮陽構(gòu)件中的最高紀(jì)錄。方形景觀水池的環(huán)境組織是本項(xiàng)目場所營造的點(diǎn)睛之筆。在日光下，水池邊的白色鋁制百葉熠熠生輝，仿佛漂浮于水面之上；在夜晚，泛光照明下的鋁制穿孔百葉，與水中倒影交相輝映。
The vertical photosensitive electric external shading system composed of aluminum spindle louvers is located on the south facade of the complex building. The total height of the louvers is 11.1m ,which is the highest record among the electric external sunshade components that have been built in China.The finishing touch of environmental design in this project is the arrangement of the square pool. In the sunlight, the shiny white aluminum louvers seem to float above the water at the edge of the pool；At night，aluminum louvers are illuminated by flood lighting and reflect in the water.

事實(shí)上，形式的輕盈背后是精細(xì)的工藝與復(fù)雜的構(gòu)造。調(diào)控單片百葉的控制馬達(dá)位于百葉上部，被藏在空腔之中；泛光照明等構(gòu)件則在底部預(yù)埋；水池與主體結(jié)構(gòu)脫開，室內(nèi)外高差通過石材飾面做平，以獲得百葉底部的從室內(nèi)、室外到水面的連續(xù)感和整體性。
Actually, what behind the lightness of the form is the elaborate craftsmanship and complex construction. The control motor that regulates the single louver is located on the upper part of the louver and is hidden in the cavity. The components of floodlighting and other are pre-embedded at the bottom.
To obtain the continuity and integrity from the indoor and outdoor to the water，the pool is separated from the main structure, and the difference of the height is flattened by the facing stone.

鋁制梭形百葉的制作全部由通快自有的加工機(jī)床完成。作為全球制造技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)企業(yè)之一，通快集團(tuán)擁有加工金屬薄板的精湛工藝。細(xì)致的沖孔、輥壓，使得百葉本身成為極具說服力的展品，正對廠區(qū)主入口的立面也成為了集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品的大型展示墻面。材料、工藝、構(gòu)造與環(huán)境的疊加，解除了“百葉”這個(gè)傳統(tǒng)構(gòu)件的重力束縛，賦予其科技感、輕盈感與古典美。
The production of aluminum spindle louvers is totally completed by TRUMPF’s own processing machine. As one of the world’s leading enterprises in the field of manufacture in the world, TRUMPF Group has exquisite craftsmanship for processing sheet mental. The meticulous punching and rolling make the louver itself a convincing exhibit. The facade facing the main entrance of the plant becomes a large display wall for the company's products and technics.The superposition of materials, craftsmanship, construction and landscape, relieves the gravity constraint of the traditional component，and gives it a sense of technology, lightness and classicism.

純粹 丨 Purity
輕鋼屋面向采光方向微微傾斜，以開放的姿態(tài)引入室外的光線、水池和草地。室內(nèi)采光雖然借助了照明設(shè)備，但仿佛外部自然光線的延續(xù)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)室內(nèi)外采光的連續(xù)性和均衡性，我們考慮光線的方向,謹(jǐn)慎選擇吊頂上照明設(shè)備的放置方向和分布模式，并進(jìn)一步將空調(diào)、吸音降噪、排煙與噴淋綜合在幾何分割的設(shè)備帶，以保證室內(nèi)體驗(yàn)的純粹性。
The steel deck roof leans slightly towards the light，opening up to the outdoor light, pool and grass. The interior lighting, though with the help of lighting equipment, seems to be the continuation of the external natural light.In addition, to ensure the purity of spatial experience, the equipment of air conditioning，sound absorption and noise reduction，smoke exhaust and spraying has been further integrated into the geometrically divided equipment belt.

作為廠區(qū)工業(yè)建筑的附屬空間，綜合樓以空間利用的多功能性為設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)，集餐廳、展示、接待、辦公、會議、培訓(xùn)等功能為一體。其中，餐廳作為大空間被視同為多功能廳。為實(shí)現(xiàn)其多功能性，綜合樓實(shí)際上采取了混合結(jié)構(gòu)，以獲得純粹的無柱大空間。
As the ancillary space of the factory's industrial buildings, the complex building is designed to be multi-functional, integrating functions such as dining, exhibition, reception, office, conference and training.
The dining room, as a large space, is regarded as a multi-function hall. And in order to achieve this versatility, a mixed structure has been adopted actually to obtain a pure space without columns.

呈L型布局的會議、辦公、培訓(xùn)等小型功能空間為混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，直接支撐起了上部的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋面。內(nèi)外流線被位于綜合樓與廠房之間的連接體有效地分離。位于連接體中部的“木質(zhì)圓環(huán)”，標(biāo)識出了空間的內(nèi)外性質(zhì)。圓環(huán)外側(cè)為入口門廳與訪客接待，內(nèi)側(cè)則設(shè)置為洽談區(qū)兼做小型展示區(qū)，可滑動調(diào)節(jié)的頂燈，結(jié)合可移動的小型展示臺，獲得了空間的靈活性。內(nèi)部流線由連接體后部的外廊解決，生產(chǎn)空間的工人通過外廊至綜合樓進(jìn)行就餐，或參加培訓(xùn)、會議等活動。
Meanwhile, the small functional spaces such as meetings, offices, and trainings in an L-shaped layout are made of concrete structures, which directly support the upper steel structure roof.The connected volume between the complex and the plant separates the internal and external circulations effectively. In the middle of it，the“wooden ring” marks the interior and exterior nature of the space.The outer side of the ring is the entrance hall and visitor reception, while the inner side is set as a flexible area for negotiation and small exhibition with movable tables and sliding lights.The outer corridor at the back of the connected volume, provides space for the circulation inside, through which the workers can go for dining, training and meetings directly.

精細(xì) 丨 Elaboration
設(shè)計(jì)的精細(xì)度決定了空間的純粹性。綜合樓看似簡單的表象之下，實(shí)際上需要建筑師在設(shè)計(jì)過程中對構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)持續(xù)不斷的關(guān)注。一方面，建筑師需協(xié)調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)電專業(yè)，將控制馬達(dá)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支撐構(gòu)架緊密配合安裝于鋁板幕墻系統(tǒng)與ALC外墻之間，以實(shí)現(xiàn)外部的純粹；另一方面，根據(jù)對應(yīng)空間的特質(zhì)采用相應(yīng)的吊頂分割方式，并結(jié)合設(shè)備帶進(jìn)行管綜設(shè)計(jì)，以保證室內(nèi)外的連續(xù)性。
The precision of the design determines the purity of the space. Beneath the simple appearance of the complex，it actually requires the architect to pay constant attention on the architectural details during the design process.On the one hand, in order to achieve the purity, the architects should integrate the control motor into the steel structural support frame and install it between the aluminum curtain wall system and the ALC elevation, working closely with the structural and electromechanical engineers .On the other, in order to ensure the continuity outside and inside, it is necessary to adopt the corresponding division method of ceiling according to the characteristics of the space, combining with the comprehensive design of pipes by the application of the equipment belt.

此外，模數(shù)化理念的運(yùn)用，有效控制了空間和立面的比例，提升室內(nèi)外空間的美學(xué)品質(zhì)的同時(shí)，顯著降低建筑構(gòu)配件的定制、施工周期和維護(hù)更換成本。
In addition, the application of the modular concept, controlling the proportion of space and facade effectively, improves the aesthetic quality of space，and reduces the cost of customization and maintenance of architectural components, and shortens the cycle of construction as well.
